Brief
Mod managers are installed applications that maintain a library of the mods you download so that you can enable or disable them individually, and in some cases also set the order the game will load them. Whatever mod manager you use, make sure that it is compatible with the version of Cyberpunk you have installed. Refer to the manager's forums or wiki for requirement information.
Available Mod Managers
Vertex -- Nexus' mod managing tool is fantastic the vast majority of the time because it will attempt to identify and automatically resolve any conflicts between mods.
